Well Functioning of Parliamentary Committees

From the very beginning of the 9^th parliament, parliamentary Standing Committees has been formed with non-minister at the helm of them. Even chief of few standing committees has been made from amongst the   oppositions which is good sign for democracy in the country. These committees have been allowed to work independently following the Rules of Procedure and their reports and recommendation are also duly considered prior the undertaking policies and programmes.
