Consensus-building
among the political parties on national critical issues is crucial for proper
functioning of democracy. Both government and opposition should come into
consensus in the issues related to national interest in order to avoid the
confrontation,
agitation and stagnation in the state functions. In that
occasion government has to honor and accommodate the views and opinion of the
opposition parties and the opposition also should respond positively.
