Promotion of Economic Growth- Democracy



Now-a-days, Bangladesh is doing well in the economic sector marked in the reasonable macro economic stability. Bangladesh has been experiencing around 6 percent economic growth despite global recession for many years. It has also achieved near self sufficiency in food production.

Social and economic Security for Democracy



Economic security is essential for the successful working of democracy. The people should be given the right to work and it is the duty of the government to provide them with suitable employment. In case, the government is unable to provide it to the people, it should at least provide them with shelter, clothing and food. Besides, social security is also essential.

Factors Contributing to Migration-Economic differences

Economic differences between countries have been widening, encouraging international migration for incomes and jobs. The world’s GDP was $30 trillion in 2000, making average per capita income $5000 a year, but there was significant variation—the range was from $100 per person per year in Ethiopia to $38000 in Switzerland. When countries are grouped by their per capita GDPs, the gap between high income countries, with $9300 or more per person per year, versus low (below $750 per person per year) and middle income countries climbing into the high-income ranks.[1]

Education about economic and legal rights in Bangladesh

Because of socialization process women are forced to stay in private sphere while men are in public sphere. So men are considered as holders of economy. Womens household works remain invisible. So, to count women’s work as valuable, to establish their rights in family and to make them self independent, Education is provided to make the proper use Grameen Bank micro credit. By giving books and shouing photos it is presented to learners, how a helpless women captures success gradually through micro credit she does not stop, even facing various social bisdings, but can raises voice.
